Arthur, N.D. – Water Main Replacement (9/8/17 Update)

The original scope of work is complete on the project.

Bids came in lower than expected, so the city is working to use remaining funds to rehabilitate their water tower. Safety upgrades and a new coating on the tower are included in the preliminary upgrades to the tower.
